Damaged Item or Fulfillment Mistakes
Sometimes items are damaged in shipment and other times, a wrong item is sent. If this happens, please let us know within 30 days of receiving your package so we can take care of this right away.
Late or Missing Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
We suggest using a trackable shipping method and/or purchasing insurance for your shipment. We can't guarantee we'll receive your return so this option gives you a little peace of mind.
