What is trueCABLE Rewards and how do I join?

Through trueCABLE Rewards, you’ll get exclusive discount codes, early access to sales and promotions, free trueCABLE swag, and other perks.  When you sign up for an online account, you are automatically enrolled in trueCABLE Rewards!

How do I earn points?

Every time you place an order through your account, you’ll earn points. There are other ways to earn points, like referring friends.

When are points rewarded?

Depending on the action, you may receive your points instantly or delayed. In the example of placing your order, your points will be added to your account in 8 days after the order is placed. For all other actions, you will receive your points instantly.

How do I check my points balance?

You can check your balance in the rewards launcher. It’s listed in the top-right corner!

How do I redeem my points?

Redeeming your points is easy! Simply click on the rewards launcher, select the reward you’d like to redeem, copy the code and paste it into the discount code text field at checkout.

Do my points expire?

No, your points will not expire.

What happens to my points when I make a return?

The points you earned for the items being returned will be deducted from your available balance.

What happens if my current point balance is less than the amount of points deducted for a return?

If there are not enough points available in your account, it will result in a negative point balance. Subsequent purchases will work your status back to a positive balance.

I made a purchase, why are my points not added to my rewards account?

There is a delay of 8 days after making a purchase before reward points are awarded. This allows for you to receive your purchase and to confirm you will not need to process a return.

How long do I keep my VIP tier status?

Your tier will be recalculated based on the date when the tier is reached, known as a rolling year. For example, you reach the Silver tier on July 15, 2023, the tier will reset on July 15, 2024. You will have to reach the requirement of the Silver tier ($15,000 - $24,999 spent) within the rolling year to remain in it before July 15, 2024.

How do referrals work?

Within the rewards launcher, you’ll find your unique referral link. You can share it with your friends via social media, email, or a direct link. When your friend signs up for an account and makes a purchase (minimum of $100), you will receive 1,250 points ($25 value) and they will receive a $25 off discount code.
